Coronavirus update

 

Many personal training and Pilates sessions are streamed live online to people across the UK but some small classes in our Brighton studio have restarted with a maximum of five clients, subject to Covid restrictions.

 

1-2-1 sessions are also taking place in person, both in the studio and clients' homes. Please see the Rates and Classes pages for details.

With specialist qualifications in working with older people and common issues such as back and shoulder pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacement, hypermobility and many more, Sarah Gibbings is also the author of the exercise sections of the book Cups & Sauces, a holistic approach to living through and beyond breast cancer.
