Strength and Pilates classes

 

Most classes are streamed live online via Zoom and prices have been reduced to £6 per class, or £5 for concessions. Studio classes with a maximum of five clients are subject to Covid restrictions. Studio classes cost £10 per person.

 

Zoom allows you to join in via desktop, laptop, tablet, iPad or mobile. Some people are throwing/casting the images to their TV screen. Go to zoom.us and download the app in advance. We send a meeting invitation for each session, then all you have to do is follow instructions: join with video and join with audio.

 

We're giving a bit of time before and after class for people to set up, settle down and chat. If you're new to the system, you can book a test call so we can find angles that allow us to see each other.

Covid restrictions for studio classes and 1-2-1s

 

All participants must be double vaccinated or single vaccinated plus a negative lateral flow test taken that day. Hand santiser is available. Paper towels are used in the changing room loo.

 

The studio is cleaned after each class. The main studio door is left open for 1-2-1s and its double doors are open for classes. If cold, we run a heat curtain above the double doors. Any questions, just ask.
